Antibodies to Carbohydrate Determinants of the Human Peripheral Lymph Node Addressin
Antibodies to Carbohydrate Determinants of the Human Peripheral Lymph Node Addressin
The invention consists of monoclonal antibodies recognizing carbohydrate determinants of the human peripheral node addressin, or derminants that are likely able to serve potent L-selectin ligands. The antibodies may prove useful in characterizing the carbohydrate structures of the peripheral node addressin, in isolating the peripheral lymph node addressin, and potentially for inhibiting leukocyte traffic through high endothelial venules.
