Abstract

(a)Antibodies Against Rat Hormone-Sensitive Lipase (399-608) Fusion Protein and•(b)Vector for Rat Hormone-Sensitive Lipase (nt 1810-2438) Fusion Protein

(a) The purpose of this invention was to develop a reagent that could be used to recognize and measure the enzyme hormone-sensitive lipase.
•(b) The purpose of the invention was to develop a reagent that could be used to express a portion of rat hormone-sensitive lipase that could then be used to immunize rabbits and to generate antibodies that recognize intact hormone-sensitive lipase.
