Monoclonal Antibody BZ332 Specific for Human CMKLR1

Rat monoclonal antibody BZ332 specifically recognizes human serpentine protein CMKLR1. CMKLR1 is a novel protein possessing high homology with members of the chemoattractant receptor family, and binds the chmoattractant chemerin. We have data demonstrating selective CMKLR1 expression in human plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Monoclonal antibodies directed against chemokine receptors have proven to be highly valuable reagents.

The anti-CMKLR1 antibodies can be used in immunoprecipitation, immunoassays (i.e. ELISA), immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry.

The antibody seems to stain cells at a higher level than other reported anti-CMKLRa mAbs.

Applications
