Anti-PODXL clone MECA-99
MECA-99 is a previously unpublished EC-specific rat monoclonal antibody (mAb), which in most settings selectively stains capillary EC in adult mice. Endoglin is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein that can bind several isoforms of transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) and is characterized by its distribution on human vascular EC in situ and by its expression on human syncytiotrophoblast and the multinucleated placental layer.
