Mouse Models: NRG mdx4Cv, NRG Sgca, NRG Dysf - Jackson Labs strains: 030442 (NRG mdx4Cv), 030443 (NRG Sgca), 029663 (NRG Dysf).
MRG mdx4Cv: These mdx4Cv/NRG mutant mice are an immune-deficient irradiation resistant model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) for transplantation experiments with human cells, such as human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC).
NRG Sgca: These Sgca/NRG mutant mice are an immune-deficient, irradiation tolerant, model of autosomal recessive limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2D (LGMD2D) for transplantation experiments with human cells, such as human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC).
NRG Dysf: These BlAJ/NRG mutant mice are an immune-deficient model of limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2B (LGMD2B) for transplantation experiments with human cells, such as human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC).
All three mouse strains have been deposited at Jackson Labs; 030442 (NRG mdx4Cv), 030443 (NRG Sgca), 029663 (NRG Dysf)
